Miga restaurant is located in the Plaza de España in A Coruña. Ancient stone walls and a fully visible kitchen are visible in this restaurant. Adrián Felípez transmits in his kitchen a recipe book of Galician roots, pantry of proximity, small producers and daily fish market. Getting carried away is one of its best known formulas, where the diner has to trust Felipez who will select dishes until the client decides to stop. Fresh, of flavor and with personality, this was the bet that since 2016 this Costa da Morte cook decided to break with the high cuisine to cook in a universal language, the kitchen of flavor with roots.
