The Paprica Restaurant team, led by chef Álvaro Villasante, is dynamic and learns by doing, traveling and collaborating. Its cuisine is based on innovation and the balance between traditional and modern cuisine. The quality product is the protagonist of Paprica, with special attention to organic and local products, with which they create their creative dishes marked by the seasons and local quality products. Since its opening in 2007, there have been several awards, including the Q for Tourist Quality (the first restaurant to obtain this distinction in Lugo) and the mention that they renew annually in the Michelín Guide.
The Paprica Restaurant serves its à la carte dishes, Express Menu and Express Tasting. In its facilities you can also enjoy its terrace. The space dedicated to the restaurant is a cozy room with minimalist décor that they take advantage of to be able to frequently exhibit works by local artists.
